Dual enrollment & College?

So I'm a junior, will be a senior in a couple months. I have spoken to my counselor about dual enrollment and he said I am and will be more than qualified. I have straight A's this year and I am ready to begin college while finishing my senior year. Question is, if I take college classes next year, would it be counted to the standard 4-year college requirement?
