Should I go for a job interview, when I want to be on job seekers to get a discount on some courses?

If I get a job over the summer, I will have to off job seekers and this will mean that I won't be entitled to a discount on lots of courses that I am planning to do from September. The job isn't what I want to do in the long term and could interfere with my future plans ( I wonder why I am going for the interview) If I make sure the job contract finishes in August then will this mean I can definitely be entitled to the discounts on the courses I want to do from September? The enrollment are at the end of August, will I be able to get the right paperwork in time from the job centre to get on the course? I guess I should to the interview and say i need time to think about it?
