Who are the best armed forces pilots in the world?

I'm 16 currently trying my hardest to become a pilot in the U.S. Air Force. I'm volunteering at an Aerospace Engineering program at my local airport and keeping up with my grades while I do duel enrollment (taking college courses but still in high school). I'm nearsighted but it's corrected with contacts to 20/15. My dream has always been to fly and to fly within the Armed Forces. I want to have some fighting experience but fly some of the finest fixed-wing aircraft in the world (F-22 for example) with some of the best men I'll ever know. Which Armed Force would have what I'm looking for? and if it is the Air Force, should I be doing anything else (I am applying for ROTC and the Academy).
