Are lockers allowd at job corps?

I may be going to job Corps in Golconda Illinios.I'm pretty much just waiting for the enrollment process to finish.So I've been hearing a lot about people stealing your stuff at pretty much every job Corps.i know its a good idea to hold on the receipts so i have proof its mine but i was wondering when i arrive will they provide me with a locker?does everyone get one?can i bring my own lock? One that would be harder to break or pick. Thanks
