Do you have to have your verification of enrollment for getting your drivers license in Texas?

I know that you have to have on for getting your permit but what about your license? I took drivers Ed last year and I used my old voe from my middle school, but I am now in high school so do I need to get a voe for getting a license which I will be getting this week?
