Does he feel the same way? (sorry its so long) : /?

Ok. Soo i reallyy like this guy. Hes 17 and i'm 14. (don't freak!) but i'm going to college when i'm 16 and he when hes 19 (he failed a grade and i'm doing duel enrollment) whats cute in my opinion is he followed me to the college i mentioned going to. Before i got a cell phone, we would talk on the house phone ALL night, EVERY day. Like we would call eachother at around 8:30/9:00 p.m. To like midnight or later! Now we just txt. But hes not really responding to any txts? I know hes really busy with work and all but he get off work at around 9:30 now and always txted me when he got home. Lately he is not. And hes not responding either. I called him a few days ago and no answer.... Not even a call back. Last night he just said he was super tired and goodnight. We used to txt all the time too. But not soo much anymore. Is he really just busy..... Or does he not want to talk to me anymore? Please help. He knows i think hes cute thanks to my sisters friends big mouth. But even after that he was still talking to me. I'm really confused and i want to cry almost. I know its not worth my tears but i have never felt this way about a guy before. I think about him ALL DAY EVERY DAY! I'm also dreaming about him. Every dream of mine hes in... And hes saving me or helping me in some way. I think i might just love him. Yes i know some of you are thinking i'm crazy for being 14 and in love, but i cant help the way i feel about him. Hes everything a girl could want. Soo please help mee.
