GIRLS/ GUYS TEENAGE DATING?

So It's summer... and I'm in Armenia visiting family. I have a lot friends that i hang out with almost all day everyday. I have a boyfriend here in the United States... but there is a guy here that i feel much more comfortable around. Whenever we hang out.. we hold hands and do everything that a normal couple does. By the way, i'm 16 and he's 17. But I don't know if I should tell him about my boyfriend. I visit here for 3 months in summer, 2 weeks in winter break, 2 weeks in spring break, and 2 weeks for thanksgiving (i go to a chemistry enrollment private university... that's why my breaks are so long :)). So i see him alot and we've gotten to know each other well. Do i tell him?
