Is there dual enrollment for MEDICAL SCHOOL?

No. Medical school is what you do after college, not after high school. You can take some college classes dual-enrollment, but not medical classes. There are some 6-year and 7-year BS/MD and BA/MD programs that cut a year or two off the time; look into those. UF doesn't have one, or they didn't last time I checked.
