Question about college?

ok so i want to major in nursing. i start school in the fall. i was going to do 2 years at a community college and then transfer. the program i wanna transfer into says, "Applications are accepted beginning June 1 of the year prior to the desired year of enrollment." So if I plan to graduate in 2015, when do i apply to this nursing school? also they say that their nursing program begins in the summer semester...so i'm confused. Can someone explain this to me? thanks
