How can I get in to Lane Tech Highschool?

Hi all recently in 2009 I tool the selective enrollment test and didn't get accepted. I had a score of 704/900. I did principal discretion and wrote a letter still didn't get in. I would like to know what I can do to get into lane tech my sophomore year? That is the school I like beyond and other and I literally felt like crap when I saw that letter that said i didn't get excepted. For the first time in my life I felt depressed. I would like to know if I still have a chance to get into lane tech for my upcoming sophomore year? To tell you I'm not test smart but get a's and b's in school. I perform very well for a student and I would like them to know its no only test scores that matter! So is it still possible for me to get into lane tech for this upcoming sophomore year of mine?
